Destination ImagiNation Champions!
DMIS students won first place in the Destination ImagiNation competition of all Denver regional schools. Destination ImagiNation, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides educational programs for students to learn and experience creativity, teamwork and problem-solving. After working on Challenge solutions, Destination ImagiNation teams gather at regional Tournaments to showcase their solutions in front of judges and live audiences. The winning DMIS team will compete at the state level on April 16 on the Auraria Campus. DMIS had a second team in the tournament that placed 7th overall in this stiff competition.
