DMIS Celebrates Spanish Culture

The Spanish Program at DMIS is celebrating Spanish Culture Week April 22 – 28. The celebration began with Dia del Libro — an international celebration of books and reading. DMIS students and staff dressed as their favorite literary character. To finish the week, the Spanish Kindergarten will be performing a play in the gym at 2:30 p.m. on Thurs., Apr. 28. All DMIS students, parents, prospective parents and neighbors are welcome to attend.

During the week, the DMIS Spanish teachers have compiled different activities for all DMIS students to explore the many components of Spanish culture.  To see the the student cultural activity schedule, click here.
