DMIS Ranked as Top Spanish School
The Spanish Program at DMIS has been selected as one of the best Spanish-teaching schools in the country. This competition is organized by the Education Office of the Embassy of Spain in the United States and sponsored by Banco Santander Shareholders in the United States of America in collaboration with Santillana, Editorial Anaya, the Instituto Cervantes and the Comillas Foundation. The award is given to schools in the USA that show excellence in language education programs, specifically CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) programs in English and Spanish. DMIS is one of eight finalists across the country. The education department of the Spanish Embassy will visit DMIS to evaluate how students learn the Spanish language and culture. The winner will be announced in March.
