Before/After-School Care

Extended care for DMIS students is available before and after regular school hours. Please pre-register in person in the school’s front office.

Before-school care is available 7:15-8:15 a.m. for a flat fee of $6.50.

After-school care is available 3:45-6 p.m. The first hour is billed at a flat fee of $6.50. Every subsequent 30 minutes is billed at a rate of $3. An additional charge is applied for every minute after 6 p.m. Students ages 3 through Kindergarten are grouped together in after-school care. Students in grades 1-5 attend a study hall 3:45-4:45 p.m. before joining the other children in after-school care.

Special After-School Workshops, such as art, dance, gymnastics and soccer, are offered to DMIS students 3:45-4:45 p.m. one day a week for an additional cost. Workshops correspond with DMIS’ trimesters. After-School Workshops for Fall 2010 will be posted here soon, as well as sent out in the weekly Friday Folder eNewsletter.
